Pam started dancing at age 8 and danced until she was 23 when she moved to Tucson where she began her career in emergency medicine. She started as an EMT and now she is a paramedic. She is married and the proud mother of 2 amazing little boys.
"My battle with weight gain started when I was diagnosed with cancer several years ago. I won the battle with cancer but am still struggling with my weight. My little sister is a Zumba instructor in Colorado and told me, knowing how much I missed dancing, to take a Zumba class. She told me that not only would I be dancing again, but I would also lose weight and tone up! More importantly she said that I would have fun doing it. Well, she was right! I started doing Zumba in the summer of 2010 and found my long lost love with dance. I also started losing weight, toning up, and became happier with myself. Now I have started teaching Zumba and I am having so much fun that I want to help others to lose weight and have a blast doing it also! This istn't just another workout, it's a PARTY!!!"

"Tish Remsnyder inspired me to become a Zumba instructor. Her class is so much fun that it's addictive. I look forward to coming and I can't wait to see what she'll come up with next. My goal is to become as inspiring to my students as Tish has been to me."
